The silks of Assam
Long before luxury had a label, weavers along the Brahmaputra were spinning three of the world's rarest silks. We work directly with their cooperatives, so every piece carries a story and fair pay for the hands behind it.
Muga silk
Naturally golden and found only in Assam. It grows more lustrous with every wash and can last for generations.
Pat silk
Soft, creamy and fine. The silk of mekhela chadors, woven for weddings and festivals across the Brahmaputra valley.
Eri silk
Warm and earthy, spun from silk made without harming the silkworm. Often called the fabric of peace.
